Dinner from tonight. Another meal of chicken, veggies and beans! I am quite looking forward to binging tomorrow. Quite. I’m actually enjoying the meals, it is the convenience of not really paying attention to every ingredient that I miss most. I think that once I reach my target weight, I’ll probably maintain some very similar habits, particularly the high protein breakfast. And I’ll likely keep the beans in my diet, I have always liked them, just needed a kick to eat them often enough that my body could handle them… in a civilized way. ;)
