It’s funny the things you miss (or not) during a lockdown. As I’ve said, I don’t really miss going out, but I had an opportunity to go out on my scooter last evening. I hadn’t been on it for well over a month, possibly six weeks, apart from idling it in the driveway. I had missed it. Makes me wonder how I’ll manage if I move somewhere and not have one.
In other news, I helped prepare a “Throwback Thursday” challenge for my work colleagues, displaying a gallery of baby/childhood photos requiring people to guess who was who. I only did the technical bits of creating the gallery site and hosting it, but it was an interesting experience. I think I will write about my experience setting up Caddy (the web server) on a Windows machine. I will try to update with a link if I get something written.
Things I’m grateful for:
- Getting out on my bike
- Caddy 2 being free
- We got a bit of needed rain today
