May the Fourth Be With You

Yes it is geeky, but May the fourth will always be a cheeky Star Wars reference to me. Nothing will likely top the time I spent it at the Angular conference with a Star Wars party, but I may have to watch one of the movies this evening.
Or not. I’m not that big of a Star Wars fanboy. I like the movies, but I don’t go crazy about them. I guess after reading/listening to a number of other space operas, it just doesn’t hold the same magic for me.
That, and I’m not a couple episodes deep into the series “Upload”. I had seen an ad for it not that long ago, but didn’t pay it any mind until I watched “Code 8” over the weekend. That movie was recommended to me by Netflix and seeing that it had super powers I thought: yes thank you. The main character in that movie is played by the same actor playing the main character in Upload, Robbie Amell. So that brought me back to the Upload trailer, and the main theme: digital consciousness. Yes thank you. :)
