A quick day

Today just whipped by. I reluctantly woke up and spent like 15 minutes sorting through the latest deluge of email resulting from an ongoing flamewar on the exchange involving - you guessed it - Nina. All systems ago at this point. I was tired, but not any more than a usual Monday morning. I went to work only to be reminded that I was in the middle of trying to figure out a programming issue to do with group authenication. So I instinctively start doing something else entirely. In fact at no point today did I even really think about my problem except when I made a list of things that I wanted to accomplish this week. I know that our staff meeting was this morning and that it did happen. Other than that everything that happened before I went home for lunch is a bit hazy. We had a meeting to discuss our workterm reports at 2pm and the afternoon is pretty well defined - albeit it still passed quickly. In any case, as people who are logged in can tell Munro Day is on Friday. This means long weekend - but I don’t get paid for Friday. But you have to take the bad with the good. :) For those not from Dalhousie, Munro Day is a university holiday that we have in lieu of Easter Monday - but Easter Monday is usually during/close to exams and we often have it off anyway. Doing laundry and actually tidying up the apartment - fun.
