Tangy Warm Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 8” flour tortilla (or similar)
  • grilled chicken breast, cut into small strips or cubes
  • 4 cherry/grape tomatoes
  • low fat dill veggie dip

Instructions

Cut your tomatoes into quarters.

Add about a tablespoon of the veggie dip onto the tortilla. Follow up with the chicken. Then add the cut tomatoes. Everything should be roughly centered on the tortilla.

Roll the tortilla around the contents, making sure to fold in the ends. Place the whole thing onto a pre-heated panini maker. Wait 2-3 minutes and then remove and cut in half.

You could add other ingredients to taste. Baby spinach would be a good option.
