Another day off to a slow start which required me to spend some devoted time walking around the office to get my steps in. But I did, and certainly feel better off for it.
Today I am grateful for the following:
- That my kids are better behaved when they stay with my folks
- That I’m finally able to mostly move around again without pain
- How good this music made me feel. (This was the relaxing music I listened to today)
