New Leaf: Day 3

- That I don’t have to deal with this anymore:
O M G. (wait, did I seriously just write that?) So Team New Leaf decided to get our workout out of the way early, and scheduled it in for this afternoon. What probably should have taken less than an hour (and did for everyone else) took me almost two hours. The problem with body weighted exercise circuits is they are particularly rough when you are carrying an extra person’s mass around. But I managed to complete it, liberally using the low impact versions of various exercises. It was still pretty rough on my knees, so I will likely pay for that later. As it is, I’m not sure how mobile I’ll be tomorrow or the next day.
My habits are going well too, I’m not snacking, and I’ve been doing at least two breathing exercises per day.

- I found this short 3 minute breathing video which I quite enjoyed.
