Today I am grateful for:

  • Loved ones
  • A good night sleep (when I can get one)
  • Brain.fm’s Destress music

Which reminds me, I’ve mentioned a couple of Youtube videos on here, but I haven’t mentioned a couple of services I’ve used for years to get access to music to help relax or focus.

The first service is Brain.fm and it provides binaural music to help you focus, relax or sleep. They provides some free sessions to try it out, and if you use my link, you get a free month. I have used their focus channel many times, but I tried their Destress session this weekend and found it very good as well.

The second service is CalmRadio which has a more varied selection of music from classical, jazz, nature and so on. There is a free plan which give you basic access to about 200 channels, but they have more than 400 in total. You can even mix and match a couple of environmental channels (animal sounds, rain, white noise, etc) on top of the basic music channels. It looks like they are offering 25% off any membership at the moment.

Hopefully one or both of those will be useful if you are looking to help remove some stress from your life.
